So I met this guy about two years ago and I gave him my number, and we would talk and talk for hours on end. He had to move back to his hometown and we would talk every now and then and then I told him that I wanted to have a relationship with him.
He said to let’s be friends first before we decide to move to the next level, then I didn’t mention it again for awhile so at this point, we have been friends for a year and I bring it up again but I ask him what are the reasons we are not in a relationship and he tells me because of distance and trust issues, he lives 3 hours away and his last ex burned him really bad so I could understand both of those issues, it has been two years since we have actually seen each other and I decided that I won’t wait around for him when he decides that he wants to be with me so I started talking to this other guy and I like this new guy.
Then the old guy sends me an email and asks me have I met anyone new or is there anybody you are talking to and I told him basically it wasn’t any of his business more or less, well I told him that that was on a need to know basis and then he goes tell the mystery man hello and that pissed me off. He was the one that said let’s be friends and that’s how I took it so maybe he was shocked maybe a little jealous because he probably didn’t expect for me to meet anyone new. Oh well, you can’t always have your way.
